As solo women travel is on the rise knowing what you are getting yourself into is important. Over this past year I spent some time in Lima and have now narrowed down the most important things I learned over my experience.

As I am embarking on this journey I am an array of emotions from happy to nervous,to almost in tears. Seeing your dreams become reality is a rather weird feeling.
Today I realized you never know something till you truly experience it. Everything you hear or read is just an interpretation of someone else’s experience. This experience has nothing to do with you, so go out there and do the unthinkable. Because life is too short.
